These local Durango homeowners already owned a beautiful piece of property on the Florida River, the challenge was working with their existing home. Kogan Builders helped the owners by designing and completely rebuilding the existing home to create an updated look and efficient layout that would not only maximize the enjoyment of their new home, but also add value to their property. Kogan Builders efficiently designed the 3,000 square feet to be packed full of interesting details and multi-functional spaces. The kitchen has two unique granite islands, one for meal preparation and the other functioning like a sushi bar, incorporating entertainment features such as a wet bar and wine cooler. The master suite encompasses the entire second floor which offers a large, walk-in closet, sitting area and attached bathroom. A media room, workout room, office and third bath are all located on the lower, walkout level.
