This recently completed residential design-build project in Durango is one of our finest to date. Aptly named Animas Overlook, this contemporary mountain home sits high above the Animas Valley and features an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows along the rear of the home to maximize the mountain views.
Last night the Home Builders Association of SW Colorado held a member appreciation chili cook-off, and our interior designer extraordinnaire Tracy Toner entered her amazing and SPICY green chili. Congrats to Tracy on taking 3rd place! Thanks to the HBASC for putting on such a fun event!
Kogan Builders were proud to sponsor the Narrow Gauge 10 Mile Run in Durango over the Memorial weekend. Our Architectural Designer Chris Dale helped to organize the event, and one of our clients was a participant! It was a beautiful day overall, thanks to all that participated and helped make it a success!
